The Heart by Numbers: Integrating Theory, Computation and Experiment to Advance Cardiology 2018 is organized by Biophysical Society, Max Delbruck Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC), German Center for Cardiovascular Research e. Course Description:
The focus on mathematical and biophysical models coupled with experiments sets this meeting apart from cardiological and biological meetings. Topics will include subcellular structures, excitation-contraction coupling, metabolism, contraction, organ electrophysiology, heart mechanics, total heart function, disease modeling and therapy from combined modeling and experimental perspectives.
