Swiss Ophthalmological Society (SOS) Annual Congress 2018

Swiss Ophthalmological Society (SOS) Annual Congress is organized by IMK Institute for medicine and communication Ltd and will be held from Aug 30 - 31, 2018 at Forum Fribourg, Fribourg, Freiburg, Switzerland. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 16 Credits.

This event is preceded by a classical concert traditionally sponsored by the company Oertli, which also takes place in the castle of Münchenwiler.

From a scientific point of view, we can offer you this year again an extremely versatile and exciting program. On the first day, Soosan Jacob, director of the Corneal Department of the Indian Agarwal Eye Hospital, will report on the developments in surgery in a key note lecture and will talk about the importance of social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook in ophthalmology.

On the second day of the congress, we welcome the Swiss Association of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (SAVO) as a host society to our annual congress, which presents its clinical work and research activities in a special lecture.

Also in 2018, our annual conference will once again be accompanied by a major industrial exhibition, which will be officially opened on Wednesday evening with an aperitif.
