Conference Description:
This conference will address the needs of clinicians, nurses, and genetic counselors that treat and or refer patients who may be at risk of life-threatening arrhythmias resulting from channelopathies or cardiomyopathies. Participants will gain knowledge on procedural skill set as it relates to the diagnosis and prevention of sudden death, treatment of inherited cardiovascular disease, and cardiovascular care for all children and adolescents. They will also be able to apply and implement the best screening tools in clinical practice. The conference will utilize lectures, breakout sessions by specialty, interdisciplinary sessions, and case-based learning.
