OVERVIEW
Stroke and Neurovascular Symposium 2018 is organized by Aurora Health Care and will be held on Sep 21, 2018 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is Critical Care, ED, Hospitalists and Neuroscience physicians, APPs, and RNs. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 4.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Course Description:
The education will bring awareness to lesser known disease states of the neurovascular system. There will be a focus on changes in the healthcare system(s) in the greater Green Bay area that has, in turn, led to medical staff caring for disease states they are less familiar with. All education will be done using live presentation by content experts for that topic.
Course Objectives:
• Describe changes in the hospital systems of care that have led to a more diverse patient population.
• Identify lesser known disease states of the Neurovascular system and management of these diagnosis.
• Examine updates on the advances in endovascular interventions of the ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke patient.
• Identify diseases that mimic stroke.
