2018 Sports Medicine Winter Summit

8th annual Sports Medicine Winter Summit is organized by CMX Travel and Meetings and will be held during Mar 07 - 11, 2018 at The Grand Summit Hotel, Park City, Utah, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, PM&R, Orthopedics specialists as well as Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Exercise Scientists and others who want to earn Continuing Medical Education from leading experts in the field of sports medicine. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 16 hours of AAFP CME Credits.

Conference Description:
This is a unique five day educational conference for physicians and medical professionals who care for active patients, athletes - at the professional, semi-professional and amateur level - and/or who engage in athletic activity themselves.
