The target audience for this medical event is at a multidisciplinary audience, medical and nursing, trainee and specialist and that at the end of the day attendees will have an up to date understanding of the complex issues and current management strategies for both testicular and bladder cancer.
Topics to Include:
Topics covered will include the historical perspective of these cancers and how their management has evolved to both improve survival and the consequences of treatment. Case-based discussions
with expert panels and audience interaction will be used to outline treatment strategies for individual
patients with particular emphasis on the contributions of specialists required to achieve the best outcomes in both terms of quality of life and survival.
Conference Aim
The aim of the study day will be to highlight the treatment options for patients with both testicular and bladder cancer. The objective will be to cover both early stage and advanced disease, including the side effects of treatments for advanced disease as well as strategies to identify and manage the subset of patients with early disease who at risk of disease progression.
