OVERVIEW
PHA's 2018 International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions is organized by Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) and will be held during Jun 29 - Jul 01, 2018 at Renaissance Orlando At SeaWorld, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.
This conference will bring together nearly 2,000 people with PH (both newly-diagnosed and long-term survivors), families, caregivers, PH-treating health care professionals and researchers. This event is held once every two years, and 2018 marks the 13th year that PHA has hosted the PH community.
Goals:
• To provide a safe, nurturing and interactive space to help people living with PH — and their families and caregivers - feel more empowered.
• To share tips and resources on improving the quality of life for people living with PH.
• To disseminate knowledge about the latest advancements in research, treatment and care through medically-led sessions and an abstract poster hall.
• To contribute to future research that could lead to new discoveries through participation in the Research Room.
• To unite the PH community through the theme of PHinding Your Hope and celebrating the achievements that have helped people with PH live longer, healthier lives while looking toward the future and what’s on the horizon.
