OVERVIEW

Pseudoenzymes: From molecular mechanisms to cell biology Workshop is organized by European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) and will be held during May 16 - 19, 2018 at Hotel Flamingo Resort, Pula, Sardegna, Italy.

The target audience for this medical event is Oncologists, bioinformaticians, structural biochemists, cell biologists, chemists, and clinicians.

Conference Description :
The EMBO Workshop will be attractive to candidates interested in enzyme function and evolution, cellular signaling and molecular mechanisms of disease.

This EMBO meeting brings together current experts in the field to help shape thinking and capitalize on our knowledge of genomes and proteomes to advance the pseudoenzyme field into the 21st century.

An interesting twist on the emergence of important signaling roles for pseudoenzymes is that their functions can be modulated by small-molecule compounds. As such, pseudoenzymes provide additional disease targets for therapeutic intervention.

Conference Objectives are :
• Evolution of pseudoenzymes.
• Biochemistry and cell biology of pseudoenzymes.
• Pseudoenzymes in disease.
• Pseudoenzymes as therapeutic targets.
• Emerging areas in pseudoenzyme biology.

Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
