Conference Description:
The Ohio Gastroenterology Society's (OGS) Annual Meeting addresses the educational needs of gastroenterology physicians and nurses by providing a forum to receive up-to-date information from topic experts and to share and debate issues that may result in better outcomes and patient safety.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) and the Ohio Gastroenterology Society.
By participating, attendees should be able to:
• Identify important current developments in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the fields of gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy;
• Discuss and review concepts and controversies as they pertain to the efficient and appropriate use of resources in gastroenterology;
• Manage difficult and complex disorders based on the most current knowledge obtained from recognized experts; and
• Develop strategies to apply the concepts of value-based gastroenterology
