THEORETICAL PART
• Recognition of class II defects
• Evaluation of the patient's profile
• Treatment of class II defects during mixed dentition
• Treatment of class II defects during permanent dentition
• Biomechanics using self-ligating brackets
• Individual choice of prescription

Treatment of class II defects in the sagittal plane :
• treatment with extractions: with or without the use of microimplants.
• treatment with distal teeth: with or without the use of microimplants.
• treatment with protrusion of the mandible using the TruEase apparatus.

Treatment of class II defects in the transverse plane :
• Relations between sagittal and transverse plane.

Treatment of class II defects in the vertical plane :
• Relations between sagittal and vertical plane.

PRACTICAL PART
• Conducting treatment using self-ligating braces.
• Adaptation and activation of arches in extraction cases - on typodonts.
• Adaptation and activation of Pendulum springs.
• Adaptation of the TruEase apparatus.
