Hundreds of millions of people worldwide are affected by neurological disorders. As the prevalence of neurologic conditions continues to rise, primary care clinicians are increasingly encountering and managing these conditions. In parallel, the complexity of treating patients with neurological disorders is rapidly changing as new research and treatments impact practice.
This conference will provide a broad review on the emerging approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, management and prevention of neurological disease and disorders. Experts will share practical pearls on conditions relevant to daily practice. Topics include the management of neurologic emergencies, dizziness and vertigo, concussion, headache, pain, neuropathy, sleep, Parkinson’s disease, tremors and dementia.
