OVERVIEW

Musculoskeletal Ultrasound - Upper Limb - Phase II is organized by University of Sherbrooke/Université de Sherbrooke and will be held during Apr 05 - 07, 2018 at Fleurimont Hospital (CHUS), Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.

The target audience for this medical event is for all Phase I participants and to general practitioners, specialists and residents in rheumatology, physiatry, anesthesia, orthopedics and other medical specialties using the ultrasound system of the locomotor system. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of approximately 21 hours of MainPro + credits.

The purpose of the training is to:
• To deepen the knowledge gained in Phase I on the use of ultrasound in their daily practice.
• Continue to introduce ultrasound as a tool for diagnosis, monitoring, and guidance of therapeutic procedures in the daily practice of rheumatology.
• Pursue improved patient care through early diagnosis.
• Aim to introduce some of the more interventional rheumatology by performing echo-guided gestures.

Conference Objectives are:
• To evaluate the main mechanical and inflammatory diseases of the locomotor system.
• To evaluate the integrity of tendons, ligaments, muscles and nerves.
