Lysosomes and Endocytosis Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) is organized by Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) and will be held during Jun 16 - 17, 2018 at Proctor Academy, Andover, New Hampshire, United States of America.
Course Description:
This meeting is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. The GRS provides a forum for junior scientists to build collaborations and informal networks prior to the arrival of senior investigators for the Gordon Research Conference on Lysosomes and Endocytosis.
The focus of the Gordon Research Seminar on Lysosomes and Endocytosis is to discuss outstanding new discoveries in basic mechanisms of endocytosis, autophagy, lysosome biology, functions of the endomembrane system, and how defects in these basic mechanisms underlie diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. The GRS will also have a career building session, where a panel of mentors participates in a discussion with attendees to share their experiences and give guidance and insight on different career options.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
