OVERVIEW
Louisiana Orthopaedic Association (LOA) Annual Meeting is organized by Louisiana Orthopaedic Association (LOA) and will be held during Feb 02 - 03, 2018 at Hilton New Orleans Riverside, New Orleans, Louisiana, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 13.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Meeting Objectives :
• To identify the current trends in the management of complex elbow trauma and the indication and appropriate use of internal fixation and elbow arthroplasty.
• To discuss the controversies in partial knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty and the components to appropriate decision making for optimal outcomes.
• To understand the controversies in the management of proximal humerus fractures in regard to internal fixation or arthroplasty with hemiarthroplasty and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Specific cases will describe the indications and use of each modality.
• To provide the current models and trends of business management in orthopedic practice at a large institution and making this knowledge useful to the general orthopedic surgeon business-owner.
