LivLyme Summit is organized by LivLyme Foundation and will be held from Sep 22 - 23, 2018 at The Westin Westminster, Westminster, Colorado, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is for all professionals engaged in research or the care of patients at risk of contracting tick-borne diseases - Medical Professionals: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, Researchers, Scientists and Advocates, Lyme and Tick-Borne Disease Patients. This CME Conference has been approved for a 10.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Course Description:
By the completion of the conference you will: • better understand the concept of Lyme and Tick-Borne diseases in respect to diagnosis, treatment, and research which will result in improved patient outcomes.
• have gained an essential understanding of provider education in the research and healthcare environment which will increase the rate of proper diagnosis and treatment options offered to patients.

Course Objectives:
• Assess the stereotypes surrounding Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.
• Identify those at risk of contracting tick-borne diseases.
• Recognize and assess signs and symptoms of tick-borne diseases
• Initiate appropriate use of diagnostic tests
• Manage patient diagnosis and treatment of tick-borne diseases
