OVERVIEW
Hospital Medicine Conference is organized by University of Vermont and will be held during Feb 11 - 13, 2018 at Stoweflake Conference Center, Stowe, Vermont, United States of America.
The course will provide practical approaches to common problems in hospital medicine informed by experts and the latest evidence.
The target audience is comprised of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses practicing hospital medicine. Some of the clinicians will also be engaged in education, research, quality improvement, and management. The audience may also include hospital medicine program administrators, resident physicians, and medical students with an interest in careers in hospital medicine.
The University of Vermont designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Please note: If you do not participate in the optional workshop, the conference is accredited for 11 credits.
Objectives
• Identify new guidelines for management of critically ill patients
• Better understand the management of hospitalized transplant patients
• Recognize how Hospitalists can add value to the care of hospitalized patients
