Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) Annual symposium is organized by Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA) and will be held during Apr 26 - 29, 2018 at Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel, Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America.

This symposium is an annual community-centered educational event that draws hundreds of members from the bleeding disorders community together to share information, learn new advancements, and build a network of support!
