Course Description :
The Gordon Research Seminar on Drug Safety offers a unique, collaborative forum for graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and early career scientists to exchange new and cutting-edge research in fields such as toxicology, precision medicine, pharmacovigilance, computational biology, and tissue engineering. The Seminar will focus on the application of novel technologies to improve drug safety evaluation throughout development. Attendees are expected to share their unpublished research in the form of a poster, and exceptional abstracts will be selected for platform presentations. In addition to extensive presentation and networking opportunities, attendees will have access to mentorship and career advice from established industry, academic, and government investigators. The Drug Safety GRS is an excellent venue to connect with peers and field leaders in a small, supportive environment prior to the Gordon Research Conference on Drug Safety, which Seminar participants are strongly encouraged to attend.
