Course Description:
Breathing is the foundation of all movement. In addition to respiration, breathing is vital for stabilization. According to Karel Lewit, MD, breathing dysfunction is the most common faulty movement present in our patients. This workshop will focus on breathing assessment, treatment, and applying these concepts in a rehabilitation environment. There will be plenty of hands-on as well as exercise demonstration and practice. Be prepared to Breathe, Stabilize, & Move
