6th Annual OMM Skills Enhancement Course: Osteopathic Sports Medicine for All Ages is organized by Ohio Osteopathic Association (OOA) and will be held on Nov 10, 2018 at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 6 Hours of AOA Category 1-A Credits.

Description :
The focus of this course will be to incorporate osteopathic principles and osteopathic manipulation into the treatment plan for common conditions encountered in sports medicine for patients of all ages. Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment for each of the conditions covered in the presentations will be preceded by a discussion of the anatomy associated with the technique and the pathophysiology for each condition. The course is appropriate for DOs and MDs with osteopathic training. Emphasis will be given to incorporating common osteopathic techniques into a busy primary care or sports medicine practice.
