OVERVIEW

British Bobath Tutors Association (BBTA) Problem Solving Module Optimising Rehabilitation of the Upper Limb and Hand is organized by National Centre of Rehabilitation Education (NCORE) and will be held from Sep 13 - 14, 2018 at London Road Community Hospital, Derby, England, United Kingdom.

The target audience for this medical event is qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work in neurological rehabilitation, and also for musculoskeletal physiotherapists who are interested in incorporating a more movement control based approach to rehabilitation of their upper limb patients. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 8.5 CPD hours.

This 1.5-day workshop led by Bobath Tutor Sue Armstrong will focus on optimizing rehabilitation of the upper limb and hand and will include a theoretical introduction, discussion of the evidence base, a clinical reasoning focussed patient workshop and practical movement control sessions. The course's aim is to cover relevant applied anatomy and biomechanics, movement control and analysis and facilitation skills relevant to upper limb recovery.
