OVERVIEW

The Everyday Foot and Ankle With Craig Allingham is organized by Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and will be held on Jun 23, 2018 at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Conference Description:
This course aims to provide physiotherapy-specific information on ankle injury management and degenerative conditions to improve the confidence as well as competence for physiotherapists in foot and ankle management for the benefit of their clients. For many clinicians, the foot, its internal functions and their influence upon the lower limb kinetic chain are often something of a mystery. Equally there are few, if any robust clinical guidelines that assist clinical decision-making as to when and how to treat dysfunction within the foot where it relates to activity related pain in the lower quarter.

This course is aimed at those clinicians for whom the foot and its profound influence upon lower quarter function are poorly understood and also those who may have a sound knowledge base but have gaps in their understanding. It will allow an opportunity for attendees to acquire knowledge and skills to assist with optimum clinical decision-making for treatment and management of patients with activity-related lower extremity pain and dysfunction.

Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
