OVERVIEW
Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS) Clinical Trials Group 9th Annual Winter Research Forum is organized by Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS) and will be held from Aug 27 - 28, 2018 at Sheraton on the Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
The ANZICS Clinical Trials Group (CTG) is a network of intensive care units (ICUs), clinicians and researchers who collaborate to conduct multicentre research aimed at improving outcomes for people who require intensive care. All of the research conducted by the CTG
is investigator-initiated and funded through competitive public grants or unrestricted funding from other government or corporate sources.
The primary aims of the ANZICS Clinical Trials Group (CTG) Winter Research Forum are to provide an informal opportunity for investigators to gain early advice and feedback on research proposals, to explore issues relevant to study design and conduct in ANZ ICUs and to foster a collaborative approach to study development within the CTG.
Members of the intensive care research community and individuals working in the public sector (i.e. in a non-commercial setting) to improve outcomes for people with critical illness are invited to attend the meeting.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
