The target audience for this medical event is practicing US and Canadian interventional cardiologists and clinical cardiologists involved in the management of patients with cardiovascular disease requiring hemodynamic support.
Conference Description :
This program is geared toward the interventionalist seeking to increase their knowledge on heart failure treatment, evaluation, and revascularization. In addition, participants will learn how to manage challenging patient subsets, such as high risk CTO patients and depressed LVEF, as well as how to provide optimal hemodynamic support. The use of simulator training will enhance the learning experience for interventionalists and fellows. Expert faculty will offer insights into selecting devices and patients, optimizing technique, and overcoming difficult anatomy. The latest clinical data and guidelines for complex, higher-risk procedures also will be reviewed. Case-based presentations with audience participation will be used to reinforce the latest treatment for patients undergoing CTO. Expert presenters will share techniques and treatments to improve patient care.
Conference Objectives are :
• Explain the role and importance of complete revascularization.
• Apply new techniques and knowledge of device selection in managing patients.
• Identify the benefits of developing a CHIP protected PCI program.
• Discuss the different cases in which advanced techniques will benefit the patients.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
