Conference Description :
This practical advanced FBT workshop focuses on strengthening and enhancing therapist skills when faced with potential challenges in both treatment and implementation.
The aim of the workshop is to further develop therapeutic techniques and skills to assist the family and adolescent towards recovery.
The workshop will specifically explore management of predictors of poor treatment response:
• Parental criticism.
• Rigidity and perfectionism.
• Emotional dysregulation in the adolescent.
