OVERVIEW
Advanced Course AOSpine-Skills Clinic at MISS is organized by AOSpine Latin America and will be held from Aug 02 - 03, 2018 at Bogota, Bogota DC, Colombia.
Conference Objectives are :
• Properly plan surgical procedures with minimally invasive techniques
• Apply strategies to avoid risk of intraoperative complications in minimally invasive surgery of the lumbar spine
• Recognize the importance of proper manipulation of soft tissues in the lumbar spine
• Perform safely the manipulation of nerve structures in the spinal canal
• Recognize the impact of inadequate decompression of the dural sac or nerve roots in the lumbar spine • Execute a repair of dural tear by MISS
• To become familiar with the anatomical environment in extraforaminal hernias with MISS tubular access
