Advanced Resuscitation of the Newborn Infant (ARNI) is organized by South Tees Institute of Learning, Research and Innovation (LRI) and will be held during Mar 21 - 22, 2018 at James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, England, United Kingdom.

Conference Description :
The course is designed to support professionals by enhancing the expert skills required to approach newborn emergencies. The content focuses on support required for babies and their families when delivery occurs prematurely, babies born with congenital abnormalities such as surgical and cardiac problems and addresses models of care in dealing with life-threatening emergencies occurring in infants receiving care on a newborn care unit as well as unexpected post-natal collapse. Topics covered on the course include: recognition of the seriously ill newborn, communication, human factors, airway skills, chest drain insertion, and a wide range of the more commonly encountered newborn emergencies.
