Advanced Health Informatics Gordon Research Conference (GRC) is organized by Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) and will be held during Jun 17 - 22, 2018 at Regal Riverside Hotel, Sha Tin, Hong Kong, China.
Conference Description :
The 2018 Gordon Research Conference on Advanced Health Informatics (AHI2018) is inspired by a new healthcare trend moving from reactive medicine to 8P's medicine that promotes the early diagnosis and early treatment of chronic diseases. This healthcare trend introduces new challenges in data acquisition, big data management and information fusion, which are pushing the momentum for a new generation of health information systems with novel sensors and imaging devices that are economically affordable and technically feasible. The AHI2018 program is forward looking and it will feature wearable and implantable technologies, high resolution medical imaging, cardiovascular health informatics, and AI applications. We will explore the most recent advances in unobtrusive sensing and molecular imaging, while debating how the rapid development and application of AI including deep learning can impact the diseases diagnosis and clinical decision-support solutions. The AHI2018 will provide a forum for thorough discussions on advanced health informatics among both established experts and junior scientists from different disciplines, with either academia or industrial backgrounds.
The field of health informatics is inherently interdisciplinary and it deals with the acquisition, transmission, processing, management and use of information to improve health and quality of life, respond to public health emergencies, and realize the 8P's medicine that is predictive, preventive, precise, pervasive, participatory, preemptive, personalized, patent-centralized.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
