The target audience for this medical event is health care professionals engaged in the care of pediatric and adult patients with growth disorders. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 9 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

The International Congress of the Growth Hormone Research & IGF Societies constitutes the most important scientific event in the area of Growth Hormone and IGF research. After the enormous success of the previous joint meetings of our societies, we trust that the Seattle Congress will continue our tradition of scientific excellence. The meeting will gather the most prestigious researchers and practitioners in the field and provide an excellent opportunity to learn from the experts and to share our most exciting data.

Educational Objectives are :
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
• Initiate and stimulate exchange of ideas for basic and human GH & IGR research
• Recognize and promote collaboration of clinical studies and basic research
• Evaluate and accurately diagnose adult growth disorders based on current evidence-based practice guidelines
• Select optimal guideline-supported therapy in endocrine care of patients with growth disorders
• Discuss the current status of relevant hormone assays and the mechanisms of action and new analogs of these hormones
• Assess guidelines for GH and IGF-1 treatment in children and adolescents
