Japanese Society of Allergology (JSA) 67th Annual Meeting

Japanese Society of Allergology (JSA) 67th Annual Meeting is organized by Japanese Society of Allergology (JSA) and will be held during Jun 22 - 24, 2018 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Kanto, Japan.

The theme of the conference is "Team up for new treatment, team up with basic and clinical · industry-academia collaboration".

In recent years, various changes have been seen in allergy research and clinical practice. Involvement of innate immunity, limitation of Th1 / Th2 imbalance theory, attention to pathogenic T cells, epigenetics modification, modification by autophagy and its control, and basic research on clinical practice such as conventional chemical mediators and inflammation In addition to drug therapy focusing on mediator production and function suppression, clinical research methods based on expectation for new immunotherapy and further scientific evaluation are spreading. It goes without saying that close collaboration between basic research and clinical research, business and academia is indispensable to aim for efficient development of new breakthrough treatment. We will incorporate projects related to every part of the academic program. In addition to the symposium on "direct clinical and foundation team up" and "team up in industry-university collaboration", as the president's plan, "Special Symposium of the Immunological Society: Understanding and Control of the Condition of Allergic Inflammatory Diseases Developed by Basic Immunological Research We are planning to deepen cooperation with the immunological society in the future.
