• Inspire participants to be visionary thinkers, incorporating best practices, creative strategies and solutions, research evidence, and outcomes measurement into practice
• Motivate NPD practitioners to act as frontline leaders whose innovative practices and outcomes exceed the expectations of their stakeholders.
