18th Surgical Masters’ Course in Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy & Advanced Laparoscopic Procedures is organized by Laparoscopic Institute for Gynecology and Oncology (LIGO) and will be held during Apr 12 - 14, 2018 at Palace Hotel, San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States of America. The target audience for this medical event is Oncologists, Gynecologists.

Conference Objectives are :
Upon completion of this course, General Gynecologists will:
• Be prepared to perform total laparoscopic hysterectomy: exposed to four techniques
• Be prepared to perform advanced laparoscopic procedures: enterocele repair, uterosacral ligament plication, ureterolysis and bowel resection for endometriosis, cystoscopy, appendectomy
• Be prepared to perform laparoscopic surgery for the very obese, the very large mass, and the very large uterus
•Be able to estimate and manage anesthetic implications of steep trendelenberg and pneumoperitoneum
• Be able to detect, avoid and manage intestinal and urological injury
• Be able to integrate ethical issues of incorporating new skills into practice

Upon completion of this course, Oncologists will:
• Be prepared to perform radical laparoscopic hysterectomy, and pelvic lymphadenectomy.
• Be prepared to perform both transperitoneal and retroperitoneal lymphadenectomies up to the renal vessels.
• Be prepared to close cystotomy, enterotomy, pleurotomy, debulking and other advanced oncology procedures.
