OVERVIEW

18th Multidisciplinary Management of Cancers: A Case-Based Approach is organized by The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Office of Continuing Medical Education and will be held during Mar 16 - 18, 2018 at Silverado Resort and Spa, Napa, California, United States of America. The target audience for this medical event is physicians specializing in medical, surgical, and radiation oncology as well as nurses, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals who work with cancer patients. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 19.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Course Description:
This conference will present the most current information on multidisciplinary approaches in clinical oncology and will consist of tumor board cases from variety of diagnoses. The cases will be presented by faculty, with discussion by surgical, radiation, and medical oncologists from Stanford University, the University of California, Davis, the University of California, San Francisco, and the community.

Learning Objectives :
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Develop multidisciplinary treatment strategies based on national clinical practice guidelines in oncology in order to improve quality of care for cancer patients.
• Discuss relevant clinical trials with cancer patients and refer appropriately.
