10th Annual A4M-Thailand Conference is organized by Tarsus CNS and will be held during Sep 06 - 08, 2018 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
Course Description:
The 10th Annual A4M-Thailand Conference in Thailand features lectures and sessions delivered by world-renowned leaders in advanced Integrative Medicine. Attendees will experience cutting-edge education, designed to enrich and enhance professional practices while optimizing overall patient wellness. Review the latest innovative case studies and scientific research while continuing medical education in the fields of Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine, with topic-focused workshops and sessions led by expert faculty members. Attendees will also have access to an Exhibit Hall with dozens of companies highlighting the latest therapeutic products and devices in wellness while networking and connecting with other practitioners, speakers, and Fellows. An internationally recognized expert in Integrative Medicine and the Director of Integrative Medicine at George Washington University, Andrew Heyman, MD, MHSA will lead sessions focused on stress & neuroinflammation, biotoxins, and CIRS, and detoxification--while teaching attendees the need-to-know clinical information surrounding Integrative Medicine.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you are calling to cancel, for verification we will still require you to send an email to info@brainweek.org with your intent to cancel. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email.
We will offer a 100% refund within 72 hours from the time of purchase less $100 credit card processing fee.
After 72 hours, refunds will be less 50%. All refund requests must be made in writing and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event.
No refund will be made if the request is made within 90 days of the educational event. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants.
Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation. No transfers to alternate events will be made if the request is submitted within 90 days of the original event.
Persons who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund. BRAINWeek, at its sole discretion, may transfer your registration to an upcoming conference or to a healthcare provider colleague. Cancellation of your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel room reservation. Please contact the hotel to cancel your room; penalties may apply.
