Viva Las Vegas 2017 is organized by Pacific Southwest Technologist Chapter, Inc and would be held during Jul 29 – 30, 2017 at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States Of America. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 12.25 continuing education credits
Conference Objectives are :
• List advantages and disadvantages of performing lymphoscintigraphy with Tilmanocept
• Differentiate atrial fibrillation from other arrhythmias
• Discuss the three different half-lives of regadenoson
• Describe PET agents used in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, including C-11 Choline and F-18 FACBCone which are FDA approved, and discuss the use of the therapeutic Ra-223
• Discuss the concept of AUC (Appropriate Use Committee) documentation for the ability to perform and bereimbursed for specialized procedures including V/Q Imaging
• Discuss the rationale for using Radium-223
• Apply scanning techniques to reduce patient dose
• Describe the chain of command and RSO authority
• Discuss the progression of toxicity in the brain as referenced by quantitative analysis of the hypometabolism
• Determine if states have pending regulation or legislation that may impact imaging and nuclear medicine
