38th Annual Scientific Meeting of The Japanese Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (JSCPT) is organized by Japanese Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (JSCPT) and will be held during Dec 07 - 09, 2017 at Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.

“Bridging Across” is infused with many meanings – we need bridges to span the distances between theory and practice for establishing the best pharmacological treatments; between different professions in order to share a common understanding; between non-clinical and clinical data; between Japan and the rest of the world; the list goes on. Clinical pharmacology is a discipline that provides scientific evidence to bridge research and practice, and hopefully, our Scientific Meetings serve as catalysts to prompt the activities required to fill that role. Now that international joint development is the norm in new drug development, coordinating with other countries is another important issue. The Japan-Korea Joint Symposium for Clinical Pharmacology will be held simultaneously during this year’s meeting, which we hope will help to solidify collaboration in Asia.

Since being opened to the world at the end of the Edo period, Yokohama has served as a gateway to the world. The city features historic Western-style residential districts, a lively Chinatown, and the famous Red Brick Warehouse, which are just a few of the must-see sites, ideal for recharging after vigorous academic sessions. The meeting venue is in the best location that you can see the Yokohama Bay Bridge as the theme of “Bridging Across” just outside the convention center. We look forward to seeing you at JSCPT2017.
