European Congress on Surgical Infections is organized by Surgical Infection Society Europe (SIS - E) and would be held during Jun 8 - 9 2017 at Gruner + Jahr Hamburg, Germany.

Tradition and Future – the theme of this years Congress on Surgical Infections – where the Tradition of this society meets the Future of surgical infections. New insights in antibiotics, in multidrug resistance, in anstomotic leakages are examples for daily challenges in our hospitals all over Europe.

The day before the Congress, the first SIS-E Olympics will take place in Hamburg. In this interactive workshop, young surgeons can present and defend interesting cases on surgical infections.
