OVERVIEW
Spine Complications Course is organized by Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) and would be held during Jan 26 - 29, 2017 at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa , Park City, Utah, United States of America. This CME conference has been approved with a maximum of 24 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
This course provides a peer review forum for the discussion of complications related to spinal
surgery. Management, technical, and equipment related issues will be discussed in order to pass along lessons learned, point out safety concerns, and improve the surgical management of patients with spine disorders.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
• Recognize factors that lead to complications and poor outcomes when treating spine disorders.
• Discuss new and different strategies for how to best resolve spine surgery complications should they arise.
• Discuss current research and developments in diagnostic techniques, methods of therapy and
treatment alternatives for the management of spine diseases.
