Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM) 50th Annual Spring Conference is organized by Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM) and would be held during May 5 - 9, 2017 at Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel - San Diego, California, United States of America.

This 50th anniversary conference will highlight family medicine past, present, and future harvesting lessons learned and exploring opportunities ahead as we advance the three “big rocks” of the STFM Strategic Plan :

• provide family medicine faculty with the skills needed to train students, residents, and health care teams to achieve the Triple Aim
• implement strategies to transform student and family medicine residency training sites into clinical and teaching models of excellence
• engage members, residents, and students in activities related to Family Medicine for America’s Health.
