Primary Care Issues in Women's Health is organized by Methodist Healthcare and would be held during Aug 11 - 12, 2017 at Holiday Inn Memphis-University Of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee, United States Of America.

The target audience for this medical event for OB/GYN, family practice, internal medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals who are involved in diagnosing, treating and preventing diseases in the female patient.This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 11 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Conference Objectives are :
• Describe urological concerns commonly seen in the female patient.
• Describe risk factors, symptoms and treatment options for Venous Reflux
• Describe gender differences in diagnosis, management, and treatment of heart disease.
• Review current screening guidelines for breast disease.
• Define chronic pelvic pain, discuss epidemiology, differential diagnosis, evaluation and treatment options.
• Review incidence and prevalence of Sexually Transmitted Infections, appropriate laboratory testing and CDC guidelines.
• Discuss diagnosis and treatment options for depression and anxiety.
• Assess the various issues involved with a menopausal patient.
• Review updated guidelines for pap smears and describe medical management of the patient at risk for gynecologic cancer.
• Recognize the relationship between cancer and excessive weight gain.
• Review recent diabetes management recommendations, discuss available diabetes treatment options, and develop optimal patient-oriented diabetes treatment decisions in primary care.
