The Milan Breast Cancer Conference has been developed more than 15 years ago to specifically provide the audience of breast cancer professionals and scientists with education and discussion on progress in the field. The faculty of international experts was selected to present the most exciting areas of innovation related to breast cancer and to discuss issues of significant controversy. For the next edition of the Conference in 2017 we decided to maintain the very same spirit of innovation in science and care, changing to a biennial pace, to follow conferences on the subject, which provide concentrated information and debate, to maximize the yield of what is being presented at the Milan Breast Cancer Biennial Conference. Increasing the opportunity of discussing innovation in breast cancer has been defined as a major priority for the Conference.
