Introduction to Hyperbaric Medicine Course is organized by Life Support Technologies group and would be held during Oct 12 - 16, 2017 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Suffern, New York, United States Of America.
The target audience for this medical event are basically for MD, DO, DPM, NP, PA, RN, LPN, RT, EMT, Paramedics and other health care professionals and administrators. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 40.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
This medical conference covers indications and contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen treatment, hyperbaric treatment protocols, the economics of hyperbaric practice, management of emergencies, and instruction in the use of the monoplace chamber as well as ancillary equipment associated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The course provides the credentials recommended for Physician Hyperbaric Supervision and CHT certification by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.
Conference Objectives are :
The terminal training objectives of this course are to provide participants enough information to initiate and provide safer hyperbaric oxygen treatment in their own institutions using a monoplace chamber. Additionally, participants will have enough information at hand, including information concerning multiplace operation, to prepare for the certification examination of the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology
