OVERVIEW

Fundamental Critical Care Support is organized by Indiana University School of Medicine - Division of Continuing Medical Education and would be held during Oct 19 - 20, 2017 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States Of America.

The target audience for this medical event for Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, RRTs, PharmDs, and Critical Care Paramedics in a variety of acute care settings. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 14.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Conference Objectives are :
•Prioritize assessment needs for the critically ill patient and select appropriate diagnostic tests;
•Describe the pathophysiology, clinical presentation and correct response to significant changes in the unstable patient and recognize acute life threatening conditions.;
• List the indications for expert consultation and/or patient transfer and prepare the practitioner for optimally accomplishing transfer.
