OVERVIEW
European School of Radiology (ESOR) Visiting Professorship Program is organized by Federacion Argentina de Asociaciones de Radiologia, Diagnostico por Imagenes, y Terapia Radiante (FAARDIT) / Argentina Federation of Associations of Radiology, Imaging and Radiotherapy, Argentina Society of Radiology / Sociedad Argentina de Radiologa (SAR) and would be held during Nov 03 - 04, 2017 at Hotel Costa Galana, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The target audience for this medical event for Radiologists, residents, certified radiologists and interns interested in abdominal imaging.
Conference Description :
This intense one-day program will address images of liver, pancreas and small bowel pathologies, with emphasis on different techniques for acquiring and reporting systematically in accordance with international publications and guidelines.
During the day, the latest multi-method imaging techniques will be discussed in the detection, characterization, staging and follow-up of lesions and their radiological-pathological correlation. Outstanding European teachers guarantee a high quality teaching program, combining lectures and workshops, allowing interactive case discussions.
Conference Objectives are :
• Address in depth the role of liver, pancreas and small bowel disease.
• Perform a review and update of the imaging protocols and their correlation with the detection and evaluation of abdominal pathologies.
• Review key strengths and difficulties in abdominal imaging.
• Discuss the current state of diagnostic imaging approaches in both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of liver, pancreas, and small bowel disease.
