ESOR Course for EDiR on Cardiac Imaging is organized by European School of Radiology (ESOR) and would be held on Nov 7, 2017 at ESR Learning Centre, Vienna, Wien, Austria. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 6 ECMEC.
Course Description :
These courses may also be attended by board-certified radiologists, wishing to update their knowledge in a specific area. The format will include nine courses, each one dealing with a specific organ/system-oriented theme. The teaching/learning objectives for each of the topics will be strictly adhered to the European Training Curriculum.
The ESOR Courses for EDiR are intended to help prospective candidates to prepare for the European Diploma in Radiology examination. Attendance does not guarantee acceptance to take the examination or success in the examination.
Conference Objectives are :
• To learn about the segmental approach to coronary arterial anatomy and about the most common coronary anomalies
• To become familiar with the role of cardiac MR in myocardial tissue characterisation
• To learn about the possibilities and challenges of imaging prior and after treatment of coronary artery disease
• To understand the current and possible future role of cardiac MR in acute coronary syndromes Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
