Definitive Surgical and Anaesthetic Trauma Care Course (DSATC) is organized by Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre and would be held during Nov 21 - 23, 2017 at Radboud university medical center - City Theatre, Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands.
The target audience for this medical event for anaesthesiologists, intensivists, surgeons
and or nurses. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 24.00 points.
Course Description:
• Surgical decision making in complex scenarios
• Operative techniques in critically ill trauma patients
• Hands-on practical experience with experienced instructors (both national and international)
• Insight into difficult trauma situations with learned techniques of haemorrhage control and the ability to handle major thoracic, cardiac and abdominal injuries
• Animal laboratory based surgical skills training. It boasts a high faculty to participant ratio with the faculty consisting of experienced trauma trained surgeons and anaesthesiologists.
• Multidisciplinary team approach
