Description
The need for this conference was determined from examining the topics published in the recent scientific literature. Participants in the course will be exposed to the most current concepts and practical tips for clinical practice in the following areas of Cataract, Cornea, Glaucoma, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology and Retinal Disease.

Objectives
As a result of attending the conference, participants will :
• Be better able to understand optic neuritis presentations.
• Be aware of neurologic vs glaucoma optic nerve disease.
• Recognize the treatments of diabetic macular edema.
• Learn the management of cataracts in uveitis patients.
• Learn the expanded indications of ab interno trabeculectomy.
• Learn the risk factors for corneal ectasia after LASIK.
• Learn the directed workup of uveitis.
• Learn the latest concepts in herpes keratitis.
• Be better able to manage thyroid eye disease.
• Be able to better manage pediatric orbital trauma.
