Course Description:
CBC for the CORE Aesthetic Provider meets the critical need to educate the health care providers and support staff who often comprise the backbone of an aesthetic practice. Along with the increasing demand for cosmetic procedures, there has been a growth in the support staff required to support these busy practices. Cosmetic Bootcamp is dedicated to insuring that nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other support staff have access to the most current innovations in an educational setting that emphasizes, safety, professionalism and a desire to optimize patient outcomes, all under the direct supervision of core aesthetic physicians.

Objectives:

• Identify new technology and best practices in marketing and patient retention.
• Define current innovations and procedures in aesthetic dermatology
• Compare the latest advanced techniques in lasers, light and radiofrequency devices;
• Demonstrate an understanding on how to prevent complications stemming from a variety of aesthetic procedures
• Identify improved practice management services that could be adopted to improve patient care
• Identify approaches for successful patient consultations
