Core Curriculum for the Cardiovascular Clinician is organized by American College of Cardiology (ACC) and would be held during Oct 04 - 07, 2017 at Heart House, Washington, Dist Of Col, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is basically for early career nurse practitioners and clinicians, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants and cardiovascular nurses.This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 22.75 AAPA Category 1 CME Credits.

Objectives:

The overall goal of this course is to offer cardiovascular clinicians a core competency-based curriculum through a comprehensive review of best practices in cardiovascular care as well as a discussion of the latest updates in cardiovascular disease management.
• Identify best practices of the cardiovascular physical examination.
• Evaluate the results of diagnostic studies needed for the care of the cardiovascular patient.
• Improve utilization of cardiovascular pathophysiology knowledge.
• Determine appropriate management strategies for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disease.
•Analyze practice implications of recently released ACC/AHA guidelines pertaining to the use of pharmacological and therapies for the cardiovascular patient.
