Dentists are professionally and legally obligated to control pain, and sometimes NSAIDs are not enough. Yet narcotics can begin to involve worrisome forces, such as drug-seeking behavior and the DEA. In this course, you will learn about the physiology and psychology of pain in dentistry and the mechanisms of narcotics and other treatments on pain.
